Send Email by current user in SharePoint Online by C# code

Hello Developers,

I have a requirement to develop a solution in which an email been sent by current user?

Let me explain:

I have a solution,In which i have a form and deployed it as a sandbox solution on sharepoint online(.wsp)

I want to when the current user submit the form an automatic mail will be sent to someone.

Is it possible in SharePoint Online (Sandbox Solution)?
