Send email ( ASP.NET with VB Language)

Hi,
Plz help me.
I want to send a message as a email to the users when their registered as a member.
The message is:
"You are registered Successfully
Your UserName=username given by the user,
Password=password given by the user"

I have created user registration form using Visual Studio 2005 with VB language.
I attached my Vb file and also SQL server file.
