Send bulk mail (newsletter) to recipients, and handle bounce mail

Hi,

I am building an application to send mails (newsletter) which is like bulk mail to recipients. I am reading the mail ids from database and sending mail one by one to all, it works fine but some how the destination mail service provider like Yahoo is blocking that mails. Some people got mails and so many does not.

Seems they are thinking that as SPAM and blocking. Is any one have idea how to accomplish that.

C# corner also send the newsletter to all users, so how they have implemented? I don't want to use third party or third party component.

I would also like to handle the bounce email and un-delivered message, so i can remove that email id from my List.

Please help me or if some one has code to share will help..
