Self impose hosting service project type (asp.net)

Question

Hi guys, as per the title anyone can suggest/know what project type is that in the visual studio
i tried doing it using blank asp.net project but the problem with that is this project will be calling/consuming
a webservice that i also will be adding what i want to do is that the project will auto deploy a self host for
the WebService so that I dont have to manually put that url(service url) in the IIS server.

For test purposes what i want to do is that the project will auto deploy this self impose hosting
service which i think is built-in the visual studio to be honest i'm not sure about this,
i've seen some post in the other forum like using NuGet or something but i don't have that.
