Selection of windows webserver

Question

Hi,

 

 I am a beginer free lancer . I want to upload my asp.net website project with sql server database.I am too confused to select webserver.

 

 Conditions :

Primary conditions

 

1: Unlimited database 

2:Unlimite webspace 

3:Unlimite Email accounts 

 

Secondary Conditions

 

1:My client will afford upto Rs 6000 per year

2: My client's customers  need international level access  (means avoid problems in mail sending from any where of world)

 

For this ,i consult some persons , they are suggesting

 

 Amazone,Alibaba,Microsoft azure ...

 

Here they are giving one year free service but after that their charge is high.

 

 

Anybody can  help me  ....
