Selection of End Date related CheckBox should get disabled

Question

hi friends,
 
i have a web form in which there is a Gridview
, there are column like end date and start date which are ajax calendar and Checkbox for Ongoing Field...
my requirement is when i select the date in End date inside gridview then the Related Checkbox should get disabled...
and on checking the Checkbox related End Date control should get disable
Vice-versa
