Selected value of dropDownlist in MVC3 Razor

Question

I am Using Drop Down List in Asp.net MVC 3 Razor.

i Need to fill it and show the selected value dynamically while editing it...

e.g.

i am editing a branch record whose company is suppose 'xyz'

so while editing the drop down list of company should xyz as selected value dynamically

please help me
