My URI contains such below path

I just want the
http://192.168.3.100/PACS3.2.0_DATA/Android_Images/1/1.2.840.114257.0.11796824240075870457700001003416408300001/DICOMDIR.dic
this URL and splite the last //PACS3.2.0
how I can do this? also my code is as
