securtiy exception while uploading on server :

hi friends , the error is as follows :

it is in .net 1.1 so i cant try options like settting trust level or adding <securityPolicy> tag as they don't work with web.config of asp.net 1.1 application. so plz suggest some solution as soon as possible.
