Security Error when adding Activex Control

Question

i have third party device which can read paper and convert it into image. i used this third party class library and dll in my window application for making activex control. i used this activex dll into my web application with <object> clause.

when i run this web application and click on active device it give me security permission error. i did required changes into .Net Framework Configuration. But still i am not able to run this application.
