Searching control to visualize sensor data

Question

Hi, I have to display some sensor data (single integers) in a sort of point/time graph. I was wondering if someone of you knows a free control which could be useful in this situation? I found sth which looked like what I needed, but I didn't found out how to include it in my C#-project.
