search of a SDK to develop UPnP's solution

Hello, I'm searching a Software Developpement Kit to develop UPnP solutions in C#. I've found quite interessing tools on Intel's web site, but they don't offer any technical support at time. So I'm searching something else. Can someone help me ? Thank you
