Screen Design in Silverlight RADGRID

Question

Hi,

I am new to Silverlight, here i was asked to do the Attendance Entry Application, So that am working on designing of Entry Screen, Like attached i have to design the screen.

Please anyone can help me to do the same design in RADGRIDVIEW
