Schedule automated backup using SQL server 2008?

Hi to all,
i am using sqlserver 2008,and my requirement is ,want to backup database

in particular times every day(ex: 2 day i want backup at 11AM,2PM,6PM)

how to do this? any idea?

How should data be updated? Or how to "Caching" data to avoid constantly request at sql server?
