saving all frames from Basler IP Camera

I have to write an application that save all frames of Basler BIP2 1300-dn
IP Camera.
I implemented RTSP Protocol and Received RTP Packages from it.
I Parsed RTP Package and Save Media Payload To byte-stream.
Can anyone help me How I can Convert payload of media to JPEG image format?
I wrote program in C# and sending media in MPEG4 Media Type.
