Sample WinForm App in C# - Please Help

Question

Looking for a sample Winforms app in C#, just to manage 2 Tables in SQL Server. Add/Modify/Delete users in the table. I really appreciate if you can help me or direct me to get a sample app similar to this. Thanks very much
