Sample on producer and consumer pattern

Question

Hi All,

 

This is sampath  i need your help to create producer and consumer sample.Actually i will just expalin my scenario

 

Example:

 first functions reads 1,2,3,4 adds to queue

second function processes  if queue contains any data when 1 is added in first function second function picks one from the queue and processes.

 

Kindly help me how can i acheive in VB .net
