Same URL for SP on-premises and SP online

Question

Is it possible to use same URL for SP on-premises and SP online, i mean if users logged in with in on-premises network then they should access SP on-premises site, if logged in outside on-premises/domain network then they should access SP online.

 

Eg: https://abcd.intranet.com

 

if users accessing with in intranet they should logged in to SP On-prem, if not SPO
