RUNNING DESKTOP WINDOW APPLICATION FORM WITH SQL SERVER DATABASE FUNTIONALITY ON NETWORK CLIENT COMPUTERS

Question

Hello Somebody,

Please I am new to programming, but I have familiarized myself with microsoft visual studio and I can develop/design simple window application form.

My challenge is that I am to develop window application form with database functionalities using Microsoft Visual studio 2008 or 2010, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and Microsoft Server 2008 as server operating system AND I am completely new to this type of project.

My question are these:

1. How do I make the application to download data from the internet using URL given to me by the service provider am linking to via service provider internet website?
2. How do I store the downloaded data to the SQL Server database automatically?
3. After developing the desktop window application form using Microsoft Visual Studio and C# Language, how do I make it accessible by other users/clients on LAN Network?
4. How do I set up the application on clients desktop to submit data on the application form to the SQL Server database?
