Run exe Visual studio 2012 on other computers

I have a created a exe file ( \Visual Studio 2012\Projects\new\DELTA_SIGMA_V1\DELTA_SIGMA_V1\bin\Release)
I am not able to run this on other computers.I installed .Net framework 4.5 on the other system.
What is the List of things that I need to check before I run the exe
