in repeater Row items drag and drop

Question

Hello sir,

i have three job entry 1.BusyBee to start date 28/09/2017 to end date 02/10/2017

2.Khushboodijital to start date 03/10/2017 to end date 09/10/2017

3.Nayan to start date 10/10/2017 to end date 11/10/2017

but i want to start second job entry is first... like second jobentry drag and drop to first job entry ...how can i do plz help me...and date also changed automatically
