Hi I am going to create a management information system for that I need roles and rights like this user can access this page and on this page he has only view permission he can access PAGE2 as well but on page#02 he can add and remove records as well so what is the best off the shelf component or library I can use, or I need to make it custom if someone can share the database deisgn .
