role authorization in windows form

Hello,

 

I am working on my windows form project. I want to use role authorization for this project but i did not

because i try to make layered architecture and i have five layered , business, dataAccess, entities, core and windows form(user interface). i watched some videos and readed some informantion about Identity, cookies, formsAuthenticationTicket but i guess this subject is about Web Applications,please can you help me about this suubject. What should i do , what should i research?
