RFID Asset Tracking

Question

I want to build an application which will track any asset like wallet, ladies handbag, etc., using WPF, C#, and SQL Server database 2012. For now I have RFID kit which includes Keychain, RS522 RFID card sensor Module to send S50 Fudan cards.

 

As I am completely new to this, please provide some solution or atleast some code to start with this.
