Returning values

Hi all. I having a prob with an Isnumeric function I'm using. I keep getting the error. "Not all code paths return a value" Please help everyone. Heres my code.

public bool IsNo(char[] test)
		{
			foreach(Char chrMine in test)
			{
				if (chrMine >= '0' && chrMine <= '9')
				{
					return true;
				}
				else
				{
					return false;
				}
			
			}

	
		}
