Retriving records of table in Combo Box

Dear All

I have started working with .net now. I want to know how can i Load records like User Names from Access table to Combo box writing manual code. I have successfully established a connection with database but cannot proceed further. Kindly help me.

Hi SatyaPriya,

I am sending the code which i have written on Button Click which can help you. Connection setting is done succesfully but Error comes while loading Records from Data into Listbox
Following is code written on Button click :-

Dim conn As New OleDb.OleDbConnection
Dim a As String
Dim b As String
a = "Provider=Microsoft.jet.oledb.4.0;"
b = "data source=C:\Logic\CompanyInfo.mdb"
conn.ConnectionString = a & b
conn.Open()
MsgBox("Connected")
Dim qry As String
Dim rs As New ADODB.Recordset
qry = "select place_name from cities"
rs.Open(qry, conn, ADODB.CursorTypeEnum.adOpenDynamic, ADODB.LockTypeEnum.adLockOptimistic,What should be used here i done know)

ListBox1.Items.Add(rs(0))
rs.MoveNext()
Loop
rs = Nothing
