retriving data from sql in griedviewcomboboxcolumn

hi sir i have problem for developing a windows form how should i retrive data from sql in the griedviewcomboboxcolumn and after selecting a value from griedviewcomboboxcolumn it should given its value in griedviewtextboxcolumn and how should inserting all that value in sql database
