Retrive Hypelink of word file with index

Question

Hello All,

 

I nevigate paragraph wise in doc file and   I want to find out all hyper link from .doc file.

I have done it but if there is same two words in same paragraph of file and one of word having hyperlink and second one is simple.

 

So how can i identify which word have hyperlink. if i can know index position of hyperlink word then we can do it.

 

Please help me if anyone have idea.
