Retrieve From Table into DataGrid

Question

Hello, I know this is easy, but I cannot find a simple way of loading a table into a dataSet to be used in a Datagrid. The part I cannot figure out is how to load a table in a DataSet from a database table. Any Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
