Retrieve from multiple tables and update with LINQ

Question

How to implement with ***LINQ to update whole record to database.

Please note everybody, I want to but edit button link in gridview and if I click link , I want to update my whole record to database.

In one row of gridview , there are retrieved from multiple tables. Not only one table.

 

If possible please help me in this problem as soon as possible.
