Restricting access in SQL Reporting Manager

Question

Hi,
I developed Sql reports using sql reporting services.
The aim of it is to allow users to see their sales report online.
The users will be able to enter a start date and an end date and they should see the report the sales during that period.

I don't want the users to access the Report Manager. Because in report  manager users can create new folder and also they can access .

Is there any way I can restrict users access to  creating new folder , new datasource etc. I just want them to  select the dates and see the report only.
