restrict download option from pdf in c#

Question

I am developing a asp.net application which requires a pdf file to be viewed in the browser. But i need to restrict the users from downloading the pdf. Is there any way i can do that? Even if i restrict the save option in the pdf, if i give a file -> saveas option in the browser the pdf is getting saved.
