Resource manager

Hey, I'm creating a Resource Monitor in C#, but im having some issues trying to find ways to gather information from the machine, such as terms etc.
I would like to gather current CPU usage, Average CPU usage, Current ram available and Average ram available, any help would be greatly appreciated.
