Reset Password Active Directory using c#.net

Question

Hello Please Help me, I want to design my web to allow user on changing their Active directory password..how can I do this..but I want to put first their old password and then putting new password for the replacement of their password..attache screen shot is my design..please direct me on right article or on your own code..Thanks a Lot attached is my scenario
