Requirements for compiling to compact .NET?

Question

I have the Standard (cheap) edition of Visual Studio C# 2003. I installed the Pocket PC 2003 SDK, but I can't tell if anything was added to VS2003. Should it have added the "smart devices" template? I installed VS.net before installing the eMbedded VB & C++ compilers -- should I reinstall? Or am I out of luck with the limited version of VS.net? Thanks, Gary
