Requirement for building intermediate API for Angular/java

I have a unique requirement. 

 

We are integrating a Webapp which is built on .NET platform using Angular as the FrontEnd. The backend is working on java. 

 

There is a requirement for us to build intermediate C3 APIs which will interact with Angular Frontend and backend java APIs.   

 

Can you please help us understand how to  convert the frontend inputs into json format which can be consumed by java and also convert the json output format received from java. 

 

It will be great if you can point us in the right direction.
