Request suggestions to build bright career for 16 years Boy

Hi Understood this is not the right Plot form to discuss this. Still I am writing because lot of Subject and career experts are in this group. I feel expert’s opinion is always better for carer building. My son is studying Intermediate 2nd Year (Senior Inter) MPC group in Hyderabad, India. He is having only interest in Coding viz. Open Source, html, CSS,PHP, Python, Java Script, SharePoint, Power Apps, Web Designing, Github and other. He is having A Rating in Github.com He is spending 8-10 hours daily in this subject instead of regular Studies. In this present scenario, he is not interested to go for further Studies. Recently he has purchased one domine and writing code for new website. Request you suggest How to build his career. Thanks
