Reporting Panel Speed

My name is Yasir Majeed. I'm Junior .Net Developer. I made a reporting panel for a compnay. I used ADO.Ner in it. Becasue, there are more then 43 websites form which i get filter data. It was working for 5 months. It was working exactly. I added some new Websites on that panel. It is disturbing the speed of server. That's why, speed of other websites getting slow. I want to improve that panel. Please help me how can i do that.
