Renaming Problem

I do have a solution renaming problem:

My solution contains 12 projects with name ABC.sln, ABC.BusinessLogic.csproj etc.
I need to rename the namespaces, project names, folder names as XYZ instead of ABC.
(Currently I am doing manual rename which involves global replacement of file contents, manual entering each folder and renaming of project names etc. which is tedious and the job as to be repeated for multiple projects)

Can anybody suggest a tool/addin that do the work?
