Renaming a file

Question

I'm trying to create a simple console app that will go through a folder and add "7sc" to the beginning of each file name. I have been unable to find the commands that allow you to read the file names in a folder and rename them with the new file name. It all seems like a simple program, I just can't seem to find those commands. Could anyone point me in the right direction?
