Remoting

Question

i want to start a Process before Login the OS.

For Example:

i have a one Server and Client Application .net.now i gave my client Application exe to some number of clients in my environtment.so after Login the Clients exe will start automatically.so i can start,stop application(Like notepad or wordpad) from Server machine to client machine through remoting.

 

Here my problem is i need to start and stop the application from my server machine, before Logon the Client machine 

 

if anybody met the problem please share it...
