remote manipulation of pc via bluletooth pocket pc!!!

Question

i need help.... im trying to create an application for my pocket pc... its a remote manipulation program on pda that able to control my laptop via bluetooth... can anyone give me some advise and tell me what function that i can create? what program in xp can be control by pda? im wish to use vb.net but im not familiar with vb.net so please if anyone know about this then reply me a.s.a.p.... thanks
