Remote Desktop View to client computer to monitor employees

I have a project on office management system. There is an module for Remote Desktop view to client computer to monitor employees. I was use Windows Remote Desktop view, but for that i have to logout the client machine. But I dont want to do this... can any body help me for that or any alternative way using LAN only..
