Relation b/w different database with different tables

Question

I have a Database1 and Database2

in database 1 i have a one table1 with Primary key

and another database2 having table2  with Foreing key?

can we give a relationship with diffrnt databases? 

 is there any chance to give a relation b/w two different databses?any one the answe let me know....
