Related to working of stylesheet

Question

Hello,

 

i am getting a problem in stylesheet. When i created a stylesheet and give updation in style , its shows reflection on webpage where it is linked. But after closing visual studio and again open it , when i tried to update style it does not reflect.

 

Please can any guide me why this happening?
