when i run these code for searching a particular candidate which is already registered it is displaying the details regarding that particular registered candidate

when i run the same code for searching a particular candidate which is not registered it is displaying the details of already registered candidate instead of not registered candidate

my intention is display the details of registered candidate as well as display as the candidate is not available for the particular candidate which is not registered .
