related to hyperlink in html column and database column

Respected Sir,

 

I want to know how to create hyperlink in database  column for each data  and based on that when we click on  link data in html column  we can go to that particular site.

 

please provide the code for my query  using database and html.

 

 

example:

 

CORE JAVA

Mr.john

30th Oct (Monday)

6:00PM

Maitrivanam(Hyd)
