Related to creating object(urgent)

Hi ! can any one help me regarding this doubt if u r creating object for a class u r declaring the following syntax =new in the above code i have one doubt if i declare ; with out declaring =new is it possible to declare a object with out specifying the new keyword. pls i need help from anyone regarding this one. Love all sath!sh.m
