Registration form in Windows Azure site

Happy New Year !!!

I am new in Windows Azure development, so i am confusing on how we can create registration form with sql server using Windows Azure.

Later we need to Create service also in Azure platform. Please help to create Registration in asp.net with sql server using Windows Azure.
