Regarding Whatsapp API registration

Hello Friends

I am trying to develop a whatsapp application using c# .net. I tries to register using WART-master exe but it constantly displays message as follows

Could not request code using either sms or voice.

SMS: {"status":"fail","reason":"bad_param","param":"number"}

Voice: {"status":"fail","reason":"bad_param","param":"number"}
